– 600 g faina + 200 g unt sau 130 g untura de casa ( indicat este cu untură) + 150 g zahăr + 3 ouă + 3 plicuri zahăr vanilat + coajă de lămâie + 1 praf de sare
Se bate bine untul (sau untura) cu zahărul, apoi se adaugă ouăle și restul ingredientelor, în final faina. Se formează un aluat compact. Mama avea și o formă, senzațională, dar uneori făcea biscuiții cu ajutorul mașinii de tocat. Acolo monta o formă de sprițat.
