Căldărușa, floarea din apropierea castelelor și conacelor

Este una dintre cele mai elegante flori din grădină și prezintă interes din primăvară până-n toamnă. Cu această floare am copilărit până într-un an când a dispărut.

Căldărușa este o plantă foarte frumoasă decorativă folosită deseori pentru înfrumusețarea grădinilor datorită aspectului ei deosebit cu flori minunat colorate și rezistente. Planta fiind foarte rară în Europa este ocrotită prin lege. Poate fi întâlnită în pășunile din câmpii și pădurile din munți, în zona subalpină din vestul Europei, la altitudini de pana la 2000 m, în parcuri, grădini sau în apropierea castelelor și conacelor vechi.

În popor este cunoscută sub alte denumiri ca de exemplu: candeluța, cinci-clopoței, toporaș, cinci-coade și face parte din familia Ranunculaceae.

Caldarusa este o planta foarte frumoasa dar otravitoare, care din punct de vedere homeopatic are cateva aplicatii terapeutice. Frunzele sale sunt prelucrate si sunt utilizate ca bun remediu in vindecarea eruptiilor la nivelul pielii.

Exista si alte soiuri de caldarusa care au florile mov, violet, albastru-violet, roz, albe-verzui sau albe. Toate sunt rezistente la frig si la scurte perioade de seceta. Pot fi expuse si in locuri insorite, insa in zonele cu semi-umbra fac cele mai frumoase flori. Se caracterizeaza printr-o perioada vegetativa scurta, dupa 4 ani isi pierd vigoarea si trebuie reinnoite pentru a avea aceeasi frumusete.

Nu trebuie udate foarte mult, doar cu cantitati mici de apa, moderate. Inmultirea plantei se face prin seminte care se pot insamanta primavara sau toamna in luna octombrie. Solul trebuie sa fie bogat in materie organica si sa aiba un continut de nisip grosier pentru drenarea apei. In lunile de primavara si vara solul poate fi fertilizat cu ingrasaminte ce contin azot, potasiu, fosfor si oligoelemente (bor, magneziu, cupru, fier, mangan, zinc) – care au un rol important in cresterea plantelor.
