Cluj, ORAŞUL VIITORULUI | Piaţa terenurilor ocupă prima poziție în top

Clujul este în acest moment principalul oraș-magnet din țară, potrivit unui studiu de specialitate al Băncii Mondiale, care arată că cei mai mulți dintre români ar dori să se relocheze în acest oraş.

Profilul orașului, potențialul și capacitatea de inovare a comunității, precum și politicile publice pentru creșterea calității vieții mențin Clujul atractiv și competitiv.

În ceea ce priveşte piaţa terenurilor, Cluj-Napoca ocupă în continuare prima poziție în top, cu o medie de 1.960 de euro pe metru pătrat util pentru un teren Cluj, la o distanță detașată de București – cu 1.630 de euro pe metru pătrat.

Poate tocmai din aceste motive Cluj Napoca este orașul care are cea mai fierbinte piața imobiliară a momentului, destinația predilectă de relocare pentru specialiștii și tinerii din București și celelalte orașe mari ale țării și, de câțiva ani, unul dintre cele mai mari centre de dezvoltare IT din România.

Piața imobiliară din Cluj a ajuns la un maxim istoric, iar cererea pare să nu se oprească aici, depășind cu mult ofertele pe care le au acum dezvoltatorii imobiliari. Mai cu seamă de când așteptările clienților, în special ale celor din segmentul de vârstă 24-49 de ani, au început să devină din ce în ce mai clare: vor să trăiască într-un spațiu modern, digitalizat și inovator, în care în plus se respiră cel mai curat aer.
