Indiferent de sezon, să mergi în drumeție pe munte este o experiență sănătoasă și spectaculoasă. Echipamentul potrivit este mereu o prioritate, care trebuie să-ți asigure confort și siguranță.

Sezonul rece vine cu niște condiții mai dificile pentru pasionații de trasee montane. O zi de iarnă pe munte poate însemna ger, vânt, ceață și un strat gros de zăpadă, iar dacă nu ești echipat corespunzător, în cele mai mici detalii, drumeția ta poate să nu fie cea mai plăcută.

Ideea e să de îmbraci în straturi

Este foarte important să folosești haine tehnice și să te îmbraci în straturi. Tentația este săte îmbraci gros, dar asta va însemna că îți va fi cald foarte curând. Regula îmbrăcatului în straturi are avantajul că, pe urcare, când îți este cald, poti renunța rapid la câte o haină. Varianta de trei-patru straturi te va menține uscat și în confort în aventurile tale.

Folosește bocancii potriviți

Musai ai nevoie de bocanci de munte. Bocancii sunt indispensabili când mergi pe munte, indiferent de sezon. Motivele sunt foarte multe și importante. 

  • Bocancii au rolul de a menține glezna fixă și de a o proteja de mișcările bruste de pe un teren accidentat;
  • Talpa bocancilor este specială, cu o foarte bună aderență pe teren variat: stâncă, pământ, noroi, crengi sau zăpadă;
  • Talpa nu se îndoaie foarte mult tocmai pentru a preveni mișcările tălpii care săprovoace alunecarea

În ceea ce privește pantalonii o opțiune ar fi ceea ce se numește suprapantaloni. Dacă alege o pereche de trening, fie trening barbati sau femei sau când alegi o geacă de puf, trebuie sății cont de gradul de umplere a gecii cu puf. Cu cât este mai plină, cu atât geaca ta te va izola mai bine față de temperatura din exterior.

Un sfat foarte bun: Nu folosi haine din bumbac

Hainele din bumbac au avantaje și dezavantaje. Este un material natural, foarte respirabil, dar este un material total nepotrivit pe munte în orice sezon.

Deși respiră, bumbacul reține transpirația și se usucă foarte greu. Odată udat, bumbacul îți va ține rece pentru o lungă perioadă ceea ce e ultimul lucru care ai vrea să se întâmple când afară e frig sau bate vântul.
