Despre telemuncă se spune că a apărut ca o revoluţie pe pieţele muncii din întreaga lume. O dată cu apariţia pandemiei, firmele şi-au trimis angajaţii să lucreze de acasă, fără să ştie când se vor reîntoarce, cu multe temeri legate de coordonarea echipelor şi aşteptându-se la scăderi masive de productivitate.

În România, telemunca a fost reglementată în urmă cu trei ani, prin lege telemunca, mai precis legea 81 din 2018. Pentru ca o activitate să poată fi încadrată în această categorie, trebuie să îndeplinească următoarele condiţii, simultan:

  • angajatul trebuie să lucreze cel puţin o zi pe lună din altă parte decât de la birou;
  • activitatea se desfăşoară cu ajutorul tehnologiei informaţiei şi comunicaţiilor.

Cu alte cuvinte, salariatul poate să lucreze de la domiciliu, dintr-o cafenea sau de pe o bancă în parc și trebuie să folosească internetul, telefonul, laptopul, computerul sau o tabletă.

Foarte important de reţinut este faptul că firmele s-au adaptat rapid la telemuncă, au investit în digitalizare şi, cu trecerea timpului, au văzut că angajaţii sunt chiar mai eficienţi lucrând de acasă.

Pentru angajaţi, telemunca înseamnă:

  • Cheltuieli reduse cu drumul, indiferent că e vorba despre combustibil sau abonamente la mijloacele de transport în comun;
  • Eliminarea nevoii de a se muta în alt oraş, în căutarea jobului perfect;
  • Mai mult timp liber, un echilibru mai bun între serviciu şi viaţa de zi cu zi şi mai puţin stres, chiar dacă în cele mai multe cazuri unii se plâng că muncesc mai mult de acasă de cât de la birou.

Ce beneficii oferă telemunca

Avantajele muncii de la domiciliu sunt multe, dar ceea ce e foarte important: ambele părţi implicate au de câştigat. 

Iată ce beneficii majore oferă telemunca angajatorilor:

  • Cheltuieli reduse atunci când vine vorba de mentenanţa sediului şi a birourilor;
  • Ocazia de a aduce în companie specialişti din alte oraşe, care altfel nu ar fi acceptat o relocare;
  • Un grad ridicat de satisfacţie pentru angajaţi şi o productivitate sporită.

Care sunt dezavantajele telemuncii

Multe dintre beneficiile prezentate mai sus pot fi văzute drept dezavantaje de către unii angajaţi sau angajatori. Sunt mulţi cei care nu au un spaţiu optim de lucru la domiciliu. Alţii se simt izolaţi de restul colegilor, suferă de singurătate, sunt mai stresaţi sau, pur şi simplu, nu au cu cine să se consulte în legătură cu unele probleme întâmpinate în activitatea lor.
