Casa Cositorarului, locul unde îți întâlnești copilăria

La Sighișoara, în Cetate, se află Casa Cositorarului. Vedeta Casei este Cofetăria. Cafe, după cum scrie pe zidurile clădirii. De fapt o cafenea săsească, de-a locului, de-a Transilvaniei. Intri aici și brusc ai impresia că ești în casa bunicii. Totul, absolut totul te face să-ți aduci aminte de copilărie. Acea copilărie sinceră, curată, adevărată. Copilăria aceea la țară, la bunici.

Clătite cu dulceață și prăjitură cu ciocolată alături de multe, multe alte delicioase prăjituri, vechi rețete de torturi, de plăcinte tipice locului, înghețată din ingrediente naturale precum și salate din fructe proaspete, completează un tablou plin de savoare. Pălincă ardelenească. Vinul vechi și bun nu lipsește de la Casa Cositorarului.

Ideea de la care pleacă proprietarii casei este una normală. Oferă turistului ceea ce cred ei că trebuie să vadă, să mănânce, să bea în ton cu vechile, dar mereu proaspetele obiceiuri locale și nu ceea ce le împing alții să ofere ca să fie în ton cu moda.

 Cafeneaua Casa Cositorarului respiră aer medieval și romantism prin toți porii. Pe terasa acesteia de lângă intrare, câteva mese din fier forjat încercă timid să se facă vizibile.

O dată ce-ai pus piciorul în pragul cafenelei n-ai cum să nu fii impresionat de întreg romantismul degajat în interior: o sofa plină de perne, ca și scaunele din același fier forjat, naproanele din dantelă, o narghilea, tablouri cu imagini vechi ale Sighisoarei, sfeșnice și perdeaua superbă, toate în nuanțe de alb și roșu imprimă o atmosfera shakespeariană.

Atmosfera abundă de detalii rustico-medievale. Este atâta liniște că fără să vrei te trezești vorbind în șoaptă.
