Vaccinurile ajută ca sistemul imunitar al câinelui să dezvolte anticorpi pentru bolile care pot fi fatale, în special în perioada de creştere şi în plus, ajută la stoparea răspândirii acestor boli către alţi pui de câine, sau către oameni, ca în cazul rabiei.
Schema de vaccinare include:
– vaccin împotriva infecţiei cu Parvovirus Canin
– vaccin împotriva Bolii Care (sau Jigodia)
– vaccin cu 4 valente (DHPPI2) – împotriva Parvovirozei, bolii Carre, Parainfluenta Tip 2 si Adenovirusul
– vaccin polivalent pentru bolile enumerate mai sus, la care se adaugă valenţe împotriva Leptospira icterohaemorrhagiae şi Leptospira canicola
– vaccinul împotriva Rabiei
Vaccinul împotriva Rabiei se repetă anual, obligatoriu, pe toată durata vieţii câinelui.
Mai mult, este indicat ca, înainte de fiecare vaccinare, poţi merge la aceasta farmacie de animale unde se realizeze și o deparazitare internă, urmând ca, după terminarea schemei de vaccinare a unui pui, să fie deparazitat apoi, lunar, pană la vârsta de 6 luni, apoi, la interval de 3-4 luni, toată viață sau, la nevoie, când se considera că mediul are un potențial infestant mai mare.
