În cazul în care vei fi vreodată implicat într-un accident de circulație ușor produs pe teritoriul României este bine să știi cum trebuie să procedezi pentru a soluționa cât mai rapid dosarul de daună. Primul pas îl reprezintă completarea formularului de constatare amiabilă de către șoferii automobilelor implicate în accident. 

Ce este constatarea amiabilă 

Formularul de constatare amiabilă este documentul pe care orice proprietar de automobil din România îl primește din partea asigurătorului atunci când încheie o poliță de asigurare obligatorie RCA. Acesta are ca scop principal diminuarea timpului de care ai nevoie pentru a strânge toate actele pentru repararea automobilului avariat în urma producerii unui accident de circulație.

Este important de știut că amiabila este opțională, nu obligatorie, și reprezintă o alternativă la varianta în care constatarea se face de către un agent de la „Rutieră”.

Amiabila este valabilă atunci când accidentul se produce fie pe un drum public, fie pe un drum nedeschis circulației publice ori într-o parcare publică sau de reședință. Informațiile conținute de formularul de constatare amiabilă se referă la cauzele şi împrejurările care au dus la producerea accidentului, însă nu stabilește și vinovatul.

Majoritatea șoferilor țin acest document în torpedoul mașinii împreună cu o copie a poliței RCA pentru a-l avea în orice moment la îndemână în cazul în care se produce un nedorit eveniment rutier. 

Când se face constatarea amiabilă 

Amiabila trebuie completată doar atunci când într-un accident produs pe teritoriul țării noastre sunt implicate două automobile, cu condiția ca accidentul să aibă doar pagube materiale, nu și vătămări corporale. O altă condiție ce trebuie îndeplinită pentru a se putea face amiabila auto o reprezintă obligativitatea ca șoferii ambelor automobile implicate să dețină o poliță RCA.

De asemenea, este obligatoriu ca ambii conducători auto să fie de acord cu privire la cine este vinovatul pentru ca situația să se poată soluționa pe cale amiabilă prin completarea și semnarea formularului dedicat. Trebuie să ştii că, din momentul în care documentul a fost completat și semnat de ambele părţi implicate, nici unul dintre șoferi nu se va mai putea adresa Poliţiei Rutiere. 

Să ai o poliță RCA valabilă este obligatoriu. Să ți se întâmple să uiți când îți expiră este firesc. Însă tocmai pentru că este foarte important să știi că ești asigurat tot timpul, poți face o verificare asigurarea oricând online, gratis, valabilitatea acesteia. 

Cum se completează constatarea amiabilă 

Cum spuneam, pentru soluționarea pe cale amiabilă a situației este obligatoriu ca ambii șoferi implicați în accident să completeze formularul. Fiecare dintre șoferi va completa un singur exemplar, care conține două file auto-copiative.

După completare, fiecare conducător auto va păstra câte o pagină. În mod obligatoriu, pentru a fi cât mai lizibil, documentul se va completa cu litere de tipar, folosindu-se un pix cu mină de culoare albastră. 

Se recomandă ca formularul de amiabilă să fie transmis la compania de asigurare în cel mult 24 de ore de la producerea accidentului.
