Cum să îți protejezi pielea la mare. Sfaturi pentru o piele sănătoasă și protejată pe plajă

Odată cu venirea verii și a vacanței, locul preferat de petrecere a concediului este malul mării. Indiferent că alegem plaje din Grecia, Bulgaria, Turcia sau România, pentru o vacanță reușită există cel puțin o condiție: crema de protecție solară nu trebuie să ne lipsească din bagaj, cu atât mai mult dacă mergem la plajă cu cei mici.

Pentru un concediu lipsit de dureri de cap și fără arsuri avem nevoie să respectăm sfaturile simple ale unui medic dermatolog. 

Informația pe scurt: 

  • persoanele cu tenul foarte alb, blonde, trebuie să se protejeze cel mai mult, inclusiv cu cremă de protecție solară, pălării cu borul mare și ochelari de soare
  • copiii până în șase luni nu trebuie să stea la soare
  • copiii și adolescenții trebuie să folosească creme de protecție solară destinate exclusiv lor
  • toate cremele de protecție solară din comerț îndeplinesc standardele necesare, însă medicii dermatologi le recomandă pe cele fără parabeni
  • aplicarea cremei de protecție solară se face odată la 2 ore
  • intervalul orar în care nu trebuie să ne expunem la soare este 11-16, între aceste ore se produc arsurile
  • folosirea cremei de fotoprotecție este necesară și în marile orașe și la munte, unde razele UV sunt mai puternice

Vizita la dermatolog este obligatorie

Cadrele medicale susțin că este recomandat ca oamenii să facă o vizită la dermatolog înainte de a pleca în concediu pentru siguranța pielii. Totodată, există o anumită categorie de persoane pentru care acest aspect este obligatoriu.

Acolo unde este cazul și vorbim de pielea care are leziuni acneice putem face un tratament combinat care să acționează asupra celor 4 cauze biologice responsabile : colonizarea bacteriană, activitatea crescută a glandelor sebacee, keratoza mărită a canalului firului de păr și inflamația. Pentru toate acestea putem folosi rilastil acnestil.

Care sunt cele mai frecvente greșeli pe care le facem când mergem la plajă:

  • aplică o singură dată crema de protecție solară
  • nu o aplicăm corect
  • nu o aplicăm deloc
  • stăm la soare până ne ardem

În timpul verii, chiar și în timpul plimbărilor ocazionale prin oraș, pentru a preveni îmbătrânirea prematură și arsurile solare, este necesar să folosim o cremă de protecție solară, cum ar fi anthelios spf 50.
 

Unele femei sunt mai norocoase pentru că există multe fonduri de ten care au factor de protecție iar industria cosmetică oferă și spray-uri speciale cu SPF, care se pot aplica la finalul machiajului.

Cum putem să evităm arsurile solare

Cel mai simplu mod de a evita arsurile este să ne protejăm prin acoperirea pielii și să nu ne expunem  razelor UV într-un mod necontrolat. Spre exemplu, atunci când mergem la plajă, în intervalul orar 10 – 16 este recomandat să nu ne expunem la soare, mai ales în absența aplicării unor creme de plajă cu factor de protecție SPF ridicat. 

O altă modalitate de a ne proteja pielea contra acestor arsuri de la soare este folosirea unor produse pentru piele, special pentru perioada de vară, precum cremă de protecție sau spray-uri de protecție solară. 

Când ne putem expune la soare fără riscul de a apărea arsuri

Pentru a evita aceste probleme, putem să facem plajă dimineața sau seara, atunci când razele solare nu sunt atât de puternice. Spre exemplu, în intervalul 8 – 10 dimineața și după ora 16 este programul ideal pentru a sta la plajă.
