Acum câteva luni vă povesteam despre Conacul Otetelișanu și despre lucrurile frumoase pe care le realizează aici câțiva artiști români. Evenimentul, organizat atunci în cadrul Proiectului Contemporanii, cu tema „Semn de primăvară”, la Domeniul Otetelișanu a fost unul de succes. Succes a fost și pentru mine care la aprecierea organizatorilor, Țărăncuța Urbană a devenit partener media. CONTEMPORANII înseamnă un management cu faţa întoarsă la publicul consumator de cultură cu scopul declarat de “a promova artiști contemporani, membri marcanți, în viață, ai culturii actuale”.
Pe 17 iulie, Galeria Frunzetti din Bacău are un oaspete de seamă. Expoziția personală semnată de Sorin Iosub, “40/METAFORA”. Spațiul generos va permite expunerea în formula extinsă a unui fond de peste 40 de lucrări de pictură realizate de autor în perioada 2010 – 2015. În spiritul Proiectului Contemporanii, expoziția va include o mini-serie de imagini ce surprind omul, dar și tușe din individualitatea lui Sorin Iosub (fotografie: Mihail Alexandrescu).
Expoziția itinerantă „40/METAFORA” a fost găzduită de Galeria Odeon din București în luna martie 2015, urmând ca, după evenimentul de la Bacău, să se desfășoare la Bistrița în luna februarie și apoi la Timișoara în luna mai ale anului 2016.
Mihai Plămădeală, critic de artă, București: “Se spune că un pictor adevărat se formează între 30 şi 40 de ani, exprimarea în condiţii depline survenind ulterior. În prezentul scrierii acestor rânduri, artistul posedă deja un complex şi coerent sistem de gândire plastică. Aşa cum poate fi însă diferit de la un ciclu de lucrări la un altul, râmânând totodată acelaşi, este posibil ca surprizele pe care ni le va oferi în viitor să fie de proporţii. Stăpân pe mijloacele tehnice la care apelează, dispus să rişte, în sensul că refuză confortul reţetelor personale în favoarea unui experimentalism moderat, Iosub are un puternic potenţial de dezvoltare. Important este faptul că mijloacele nu se transformă niciodată în scop şi că naraţiunea nu împietează asupra compoziţiilor, întotdeauna complexe, niciodată prolixe. Simţul măsurii joacă un rol important în acest sens”.
Vernisajul expoziției “40/METAFORA” va avea loc la data de 17 iulie, orele 17:00, Galeria Ion Frunzetti, Bacău, Str. Nicolae Balcescu nr. 12. Programul de vizitare al expoziției este de luni până vineri, în intervalul orar 9:00-17:00, perioada 17 iulie – 07 august 2015. Evenimentul va fi deschis de Vasile Crăiță Mândră și Maria Pașc, curatorul expoziției.
